Who we are

This website is operated by LuxDetail s.r.o., registered at Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registration number 23794453, VAT number CZ00000001. We are the controller of the personal data described below. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].

What we collect

We collect only what you send us and what the server records automatically:

• Contact form data: your name, email address, business name, website or Google Business Profile link, chosen topic and the content of your message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and the time of your request, recorded in server logs and stored with each enquiry for abuse prevention.
• Essential cookie data: only what is required for the site to function. See our cookie notice.

We do not ask for a phone number, we do not buy contact lists and we do not use tracking that builds advertising profiles of visitors.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare an individual proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To keep records of business correspondence and proposals. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in managing client relationships.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security of our systems.

We never use enquiry data for automated sales sequences, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who can see it

Messages sent through the form are delivered to our corporate mailbox by an email delivery provider acting as our processor. Hosting and email providers may process the data strictly on our instructions and under contract. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA unless the recipient is covered by an adequacy decision or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Correspondence connected to a signed engagement is kept for the duration of the contract and for the retention period required by accounting and tax law. Server logs are rotated within 12 months.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions are transmitted to our mail provider over an authenticated, encrypted channel. Access to enquiry data is limited to the consultants who need it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated by email.
